Our Corporate office at Carefree Living is looking for a Corporate Admissions Liaison/RN to join our growing and established Assisted Living and Memory Care community in MN. POSITION PURPOSE: The Corporate Admissions Liaison/Nurse is responsible for promoting Carefree Livings services by cultivating relationships with referral sources to generate new business to our 11 Assisted Living facilities. Assist people to improve their current situation by providing a thorough explanation of our available services to prospective residents, their families and referral sources. Stay motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed goals, be internally competitive and empathetic to others, while being conversational and drawn to personal engagement.


  • Consistently promote our services by cultivating relationships with referral sources, conducting presentations from time to time, and calling referral sources over the phone to generate new business.
  • Ability to make appropriate decisions on admissions from a nursing standpoint.
  • Tactfully present the realities of processes and financial costs with caregivers, family, and friends of prospective residents who are facing difficult life events to ensure the success of gaining clients.
  • Develop and implement processes to grow census within the 11 Assisted Living facilities.
  • Ensure the appropriate and timely conversion of direct inbound calls, emails, and other electronic referrals from outside providers. As well as proper communication to the facilities on potential clients.
  • Work closely with other departments including Marketing, Medical & Clinical, and billing.
  • Assist inbound callers and facility staff through the admissions process.
  • Extensive contact via phone and email are daily expectations in a fast-paced environment assisting those seeking assistance in a residential setting.
  • Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the Executive team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase census and maintain financial stability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third parties such as county social workers, hospital discharge planners and others to gain referral sources. Network with other community providers.
  • Provide the highest quality of customer service to all prospective residents, families, referral sources etc. to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.


Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred. Active RN Clinical License.


Minimum of 2 years' work experience in healthcare-related marketing. 0-2 years customer service experience. Proficient knowledge of Stark Laws. Proficient computer skills, organizational skills and communication skills using diplomacy and discretion.
