SCHEDULE:

Part-time mornings, afternoons, overnights available.

24 hours a week, every other weekend, every other holiday.

RESPONSIBILITIES As a Resident Assistant, you are the first point of contact for residents and their families, the face of the company. Main responsibilities include:

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided
• Assist adults with activities of daily living in an assisted living facility
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, walking and transferring
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional and understanding of the client's needs.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a passion for working with seniors and providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Pass basic written competency and skills test
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
• GED or high school diploma is required
