Licensed Practical Nurse

Minnesota-based statewide community health care provider of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Homecare and Independent Living services

Carefree Living, Burnsville is an established Assisted Living and Memory Care community seeking LPN candidates.
This position will work closely with the RN to perform duties as delegated.
The primary function of this position is to complete medication orders, re-fills and overall medication oversite for the clients in our care. LPN will provide cares and medication administration as scheduled.
Position will include supervisory visits, chart audits and general nursing practices as required.

Part and Full time, day and evening hours available.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must have strong customer service skills with the ability to prioritize. Excellent computer skills to navigate electronic documentation.

Assisted Living or Homecare experience preferred. Experience serving those with Alzheimer's or related dementias is beneficial.

Associate's Degree is required, with an active LPN license.

Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position. Candidate will be subject to a criminal background check.
