Part Time Registered Nurse St. Cloud

Spectrum community Health, a Medicare certified agency with over 40 years of home health experience in Minnesota, is looking for a full time RN Case Manager in the St. Cloud area.

Schedule: Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 to 4:30 pm with an on-call rotation. Schedule can be flexible for days and times.

RN Case Manager provides 1:1 client care in their homes. Services include assessments, teaching and training and skilled procedures. Individuals work independently but have agency support, and direction from the ordering MD, NP or PA. Previous nursing experience desirable but not required.

Qualifications needed include a Minnesota RN license, ability to learn iPad and use medical software, and the ability to work independently and self-direct. Must have reliable transportation.
