Occuptional Therapist

Spectrum Health Companies is a Minnesota-based statewide community health care provider of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Homecare and Independent Living services.

Part-Time Occupationall Therapist to join our established homecare agency.

Licensed Occupational Therapist to implement high quality Occupational therapy services for clients in accordance with the principals and practices of Occupational therapy. Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality client care.

Selected candidates will maintain a positive and professional level of interaction with office personnel, facilities and clients.

Position will serve clients in the Virginia, MN and surrounding regional area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced degree from an accredited college/university.

Reliable transportation to meet the goals of the position required. Candidates must have the ability to travel throughout the service area and/or perspective service area to meet the needs of the clients.

Ability to work on various assignments, able to be self-directed.

Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and tactfully--both orally and in writing with community contacts, clients, families, employees and managers.

Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study and must meet the physical requirements of the position.
