Regional Operations Manager

Due to growth, Spectrum Health Companies is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated housing professional to join our team. Position will oversee the day to day operations of two or more housing communities in Northeast Minnesota to achieve the organization's operating, financial and quality assurance objectives.

Candidates will be considered based on the following qualifications:

-Bachelor's or advanced degree in Nursing, Business, Social Services, Geriatric Care or related field.

-Five to seven years of progressively responsible supervisory or clinical management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

-Must have the proven ability to effectively manage team members and work supportively as part of a team.

-A proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.

-Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships, displaying exemplary customer service to the customers and surrounding communities.

-Candidate must have the ability to maintain a flexible schedule. Position requires regional travel.
