Regional RN Support Health Services Manager

Spectrum Health Companies is looking for a Regional RN Support Health Services Manager to join our growing and established Carefree Living assisted living communities in Brainerd, McGregor and St. Cloud. SCHEDULE:

Work/life balance with a flexible day shift schedule, may require occasional evening and weekend hours. Position includes an on-call rotation.

SALARY:

Depends on experience

DUTIES:

• Assist with orientation, on-boarding and training nursing staff for ongoing success
• Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts
• Implementing and enforcing nursing processes in accordance with licensing agencies
• Assist residents to reach and maintain his/her highest level of performance and independence
• Assessments, auditing and care plan accuracy
• QAPI implementation and outcomes
• Fiscal responsibility, cost effectiveness, marketing and customer and employee satisfaction
• Shared on-call rotation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current RN Licensure in MN
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, but not required
• Pass a criminal background study and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Assisted living experience preferred, but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft products; clinical charting experience is preferred.
