Spectrum Health Companies is a Minnesota-based statewide community health care provider of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Homecare and Independent Living services.

Established Homecare office in Inver Grove Heights is accepting applications for a RN, Case Manager to join our team.

Position is full time with additional case loads based on organizational and client need.

Spectrum is an EOE/Drug Free/AA employer.

DUTIES

Provide direct nursing services to clients and through the coordination of all disciplines involved in client care, as assigned by the Manager. This position will assist each client to reach and maintain his or her highest level of performance and independence.


QUALIFICATIONS

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred, but not necessary.

Preferably, a minimum of two years' experience in nursing in health care.

Candidates must have suitable transportation to meet the needs of the community. Position includes local travel.

Position requires candidates to have a high level of proficiency in general computer programs including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
